The Coppice Boys (Alan, Aleks, Suneil, Dave & Nik)....All generally enjoy keeping fit and love a good old challenge....and all generally past there prime! 

The Coppice Boys came together to reinvigorate there youth and take on the David Goggins Worldwide 4x4x48 Challenge. All, whilst raising some money the for The Royal Wolverhampton Hospital NHS Trust, COVID-19 Appeal. To support  all the great work our NHS staff are doing during this COVID-19 pandemic. 

The challenge is to run 4 miles, every 4 hours for 48 hours (Suneil, Dave & Nik), the road cyclists will be riding 15-20km every 4 hours (Alan & Aleks). Starting at 8pm on Friday 5th March and ending on 8pm Sunday 7th of March, this Worldwide Challenge has got everyone stoked.
