Story
Another April, another marathon...
I won't pretend that training has been horrible and that I'm dreading standing on the start line...it's actually gone pretty smoothly and I reckon I'm in good enough nick to get a PB, maybe even go round in sub 3hr 10min. Fingers crossed.
But running 26.2 miles is still tough and I reckon it's a good excuse to raise a bit of money for a good cause.
My younger brother Will has been in constant pain for the last few years due to a horrible back problem. He's had a couple of pretty major operations to try to sort it but to no avail.
Understandably, Will has had some very low points in this time and he has turned to the brilliant mental health charity Mind in Mid Herts for counselling.
My dad Chris also does some volunteering work for Mind in Mid Herts so I thought I'd jump on the bandwagon. They do fantastic work and if you can spare a pound or two, I would be extremely grateful.
Thank you!
