Cath and I, and all who could make it ,had a great night at our fundraising Ceilidh in Lancaster on Saturday night, 9 May.

A brilliant night with a great band (thanks Mr.W) and we raised £1890 for Breast Cancer Care.

I ran just over 19 miles on Sunday 17th in sub 2.5 hrs with Cath alongside on bike ready with water, dates and raisins. Beautiful canal run with views across the Bay then back into Lancaster along river starting in great weather and ending in driving rain.

I'm ready and predicting sub 3hrs 30mins official time with my stop watch recording quicker as I'll time myself from when I cross the start rather than from the official gun - but we'll see.
