Story

It's time for me to start raising funds for my second half marathon!

I'm running for IOP Africa again who provide education support to some of the poorest countries on Earth. You can find out a bit more here:

http://www.iop.org/about/international/development/africa/index.html

and

http://www.iop.org/about/international/development/africa/money-/page_52987.html

I haven't left myself long for fundraising this time, so if anyone has any suggestions of how I can speed things up they would be much appreciated.

My training this time round has been a little flimsy so far, so it's time for me to start really knuckling down and getting some big practise runs in. You can check up on me by looking at my runkeeper page:

UPDATE:

OK folks, I am basically doing a rubbish job of reaching £250 in donations for the Bath Half marathon. In order to remedy this I have the following offer for you: SPONSOR A BIT OF ME!

That's right - in exchange for a token fee I will run the marathon with your name (and message space permitting) written on whatever part of my body you see fit in marker pen!

You might fancy a forehead, perhaps a thigh...or go exotic (but unseen) with a buttock. Consider the earlobe for a short name.

Leave your selection in the comments under your donations on the justgiving page and check to make sure that someone else hasn't grabbed that bit of skin real estate!
