Story

Hi all, I think you know what this is all about. June is a special month in my year of fundraising (www.justgiving.com/davidcope) as this month is dedicated to the British Heart Foundation.

Cycling was the first event in my year of fundraising, and as you'll probably know, I quite enjoy cycling. However, I also know that if the bloody muscle in the middle of my chest didn't work so well, I wouldn't be able to enjoy it all.

I first did the London to Brighton bike ride when I was 14, but haven't done it since, so I'm really looking forward to it. And I think that the British Heart Foundation is a really worthy cause too. BHF support people with heart diseases, they provide funding for research into cures for heart disease and provide advice on how to avoid heart disease.

So, you know the drill, dig deep and sponsor me please! Remember the motto of the year: sponsor early, sponsor often.

Thanks,

Dave
