For my London 10K challenge (that's 6.22 miles to some of you) I wanted to pick a small charity making a big difference. The one I chose is Project Harar Ethiopia, founded by my good friend Jonathan Crown. It does some truly moving work.

One child in 500 needs surgery for a serious facial disfigurement. Project Harar secures life-changing care for these children in Ethiopia, enabling them to lead healthier, happier lives.
