My brother Ben was a bit of a health nut, he loved sport, health and fitness. Not only did he spend lots of time nagging my parents to exercise, but he would share his wisdom with everyone. His was a bit of a health missionary.

My mission is to cycle across Norway, and to raise money for a charity which promotes health and fitness, which HeartresearchUk does.
