We know it's January and a week or two before payday, but we would be grateful if you could find it in your hearts to donate a few £'s to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support. 

We and our entourage will be embarking on a short visit across the channel in order to raise funds for a great charity. After I (Josh) thrashed David in the London 10k, we have decided to reignite the brotherly rivalry..... and David is fast realising he might lose again! However, being good a sportsman (and woman) it's the taking part that counts. We hope you can make it count even more by donating anything you can!
