In December of last year I sadly lost my granddad to heart disease. To honour his memory I will be taking part in this years Great North run to raise money for the British Heart Foundation. I would be very grateful for any donation, no matter the amount, to help me reach my £200 target. Any contribution will go towards helping to create new treatments and discover cures which help people with heart conditions get better and keep families together for longer.
