On a bit of a whim, we've foolishly signed up to do the London to Brighton cycle... on Mum and Dad's antique tandem... 

To make this ridiculous challenge worthwhile, we've decided to raise some money for a charity close to our hearts, Alzheimer's Society. 

Any donations would be greatly appreciated! Also if anyone has some recommendations for cycle shorts and/or how to ride a tandem, that would be great...
