Story

I have decided to take on the leg burning, bum numbing and altogether unpleasant challenge of cycling around the M25, all in the name of Charity. The event, known as the Dulux London Ultra, is a bike ride covering a distance of just over 155 miles (250km for you metric enthusiasts) and almost 10,000 feet (3000m) of climbing which I aim to complete in one day, Saturday 25th September, 2021.

I have chosen Demelza as my charity of choice because of all the unbelievable work they do supporting children and families of those children who suffer from terminal illnesses. It is a most worthy cause.

Please give as little or as much as you can afford! Link with more details on the charity is below:

Bringing up children and raising a healthy, happy family is hard work at the best of times. When a child is born with or develops a terminal condition, the emotional and physical impact affects the whole family and can be overwhelming. At Demelza, we focus on supporting each child, young person and family we work with to achieve the best possible life. As specialists in care for young people and family support, we will continue to use our outstanding knowledge, experience and expertise to help families enjoy their lives together.
