Story

This year, I have decided to up the difficulty for my fundraising attempts, on September 9th by partaking in the Great North Run. The Great North Run is a Half Marathon and will also be the furthest distance that I will have ever ran.

I have chosen to raise money for Crohns and Colitis UK again this year, this is simply down to the fact that it is an illness that affects my brother. Crohns disease is an illness that not many people know much about, mainly due to the type of illness that it is. Crohns had a major impact in my brothers life before, during and after his diagnosis. One main effect was his dramatic weight loss which in turn had its own side effects.
