Story
Following almost a year of lockdown I decided earlier this year to do the "Couch to 5k" to help improve my fitness, and get myself out the house a little more..! I also at this time set myself a somewhat (hilarious) ambitious target to run a half marathon within 6 months to try keep me focused and not have a brand new pair of trainers sat in the cupboard after a couple of runs...!
So here I am, with 4 weeks to go.. I've kept the running up and feel a lot better for it and am now regularly running 30-40km a week. I want to use this experience to give a bit back to support the excellent work of our charities via the Poundland Foundation.
