Tracy and I have been following a couch to 10k app on our smart phones.  We have done lap after lap of Uxbridge Common. We have trailed the Grand Union Canal towpath.  We even padded along the prom at Santa Eulalia when we were on holiday.

We are nearly at the end of the programme and want to mark the end of our own personal challenge with a formal 10k run.  So, we will run the Loseley 10k in Guildford on Sunday 4th November 2012.  Shooting Star Children's Hospice was one of our 5 Starfish charities in 2008 and it would be great to give them a few bob through our efforts.
