I was diognosed with Crohn's Disease in 2010. In 2012 I had to undergo emergency surgery for my Crohns and ended up in Intesive Care for a couple of weeks.

There are over 260,000 people in the Uk diaognosed with Crohn's disease and at present there is no cure for this disease. Hopefully with donations to this charity it will continue to help fund research to find a cure for this disease.
