I and members and friends of Barnet Lawn Tennis Club have teamed up for this challenge.  My mother-in-law, now deceased, suffered from Alzheimers and her sister is now working her way through the stages.  My wife Yvonne is their only close relative and for the last 10 years we have observed their struggle and experienced at first hand dealing with widespread ignorance of the condition, sadly including those very places where one would expect understanding such as the NHS.  Much more needs to be done for suffers and to spread awareness of the condition and how to support suffers appropriately.
