Mum lived with heart problems for a lot of her life and needed a pace maker and was affected by a stroke. So in memory of Mum (1929-2014) and Dad (1923-2006) I am running my first Men's 10K on the 1/11/15 and also the MoRun10K on the 7/11/15 - No pressure!! Any sponsorship I receive will go to help raise funds for the Stroke Association to help those that are affected by a stroke, need support and help research better ways to combat the life changing effects of a stroke.
