Story

Along with my daughters Grace and Rose, I am going to climb the highest mountain in Ireland, Carrauntoohil. But, we'll be doing it all on our stairs during Lockdown. We're raising money for Christian Aid's work amongst some of the poorest communities in the world, so please sponsor us and help us reach our target. Thanks!

Coronavirus is affecting all of us, but we know that many people both locally and globally are facing much worse than us, in terms of loss of income, health and people they love. We want to do something to help people in some of the poorest communities in the world. They are already vulnerable because of weak health care systems, overcrowded living conditions, poor sanitation, lack of food and unpredictable sources of income.

Coronavirus shows how important the work of Christian Aid is to help lift people out of poverty so that they can face all the challenges that come their way.

Love compels us to stand together in solidarity with our neighbours near and far. By donating to Christian Aid Ireland's Active Aid campaign, you are helping to support their work with the world's most vulnerable people. Please give what you can today, so that they can keep saving lives tomorrow.
