As many of you know already, my wife Pat suffers from this debilitating disease and has entered into the secondary progressive stage. Every day is a challenge for her - both physically and mentally.

I continue to try and do my bit to contribute to raising as much money as I possibly can to help the encouraging research being undertaken to find a cure. I am trying to run as much of the 10 in 10 course as I possibly can - with a dodgy achilles!

The sooner we get there, the better and give Pat and all those who suffer this terrible disease the quality of life they deserve.
