I am part of a team of 18 enthusiastic cyclists who will be flying the Countrywide flag and taking part in an exciting 100km moonlit cycle ride past London's most iconic landmarks on 8th June 2013, to raise funds to support Shelter.  

Shelter is needed today more than ever. 1.8 million people in England are currently on local authority housing waiting lists. A shocking 1.6 million children in the UK are homeless or live in bad housing – many in temporary accommodation that’s run-down, overcrowded or dangerous. And every two minutes someone faces losing their home.

We form part of Shelter’s Nightrider Team and we aim to raise over £30,000which could enable our advisers to help 2,200 families take the crucial first steps towards avoiding homelessness.
