I am taking part in the great north swim on the 4th of September 2010 at 9am.  In aid of the Anaphlaxis Campaign, so when you are tucked up in bed I will be in Lake Windermere.  The Anaphlyaxis Campaign provides support to those with and that those that care for people with potentially life threatening allergies.  My eldest daughter suffers from anaphlylaxis
