Hello Family, Friends and Colleagues!

It's been four years since I took part in the first Brighton Marathon, so I thought I should get off of the sofa, dust off my running shoes and sign up to do something good for charity...so I've signed up to run 10 miles in this year’s Bupa Great South Run in Portsmouth on Sunday 26th October 2014. I'm running for the Alzheimer's Society this year as I know first-hand of the great work they do in providing support to those suffering with dementia and for those who care for them.

So I am on the scrounge (sorry) for sponsorship to help me to support the amazing work they do. Any amount you are able to donate, no matter how small, will be very much appreciated and will be going towards a great cause.
