Story
Over the years bowel cancer's taken some of my dear friends and relatives and the only England football Captain ever to raise the World Cup. Very treatable if diagnosed early, it's still the UK's second biggest cancer killer. I've signed up with Bowel Cancer UK to ride 350 miles to Amsterdam to help raise money and awareness of this terrible disease. Up to 90 miles a day is a big challenge for a middle-aged, injury-prone lump like me, so I’m relying on your help: Please give generously and feel free to provide some 'words of encouragement' on the comments section (be as cruel as you like!) and I'll bring a prize back for the funniest.
