We fund inflammatory bowel disease research to find a cure

Story

I have Crohn's Disease which is currently in remission - Unfortunately most others with this incurable condition are not so lucky and live lives of constant pain, weakness and debility. There are children with this condition who have never known a normal life, nor even left their hospital bed.

I am using my current period of good health to volunteer for the unique charity Cure Crohns and Colitis which devotes 100% of its takings to researching for a cure.

We are currently closer than ever to finding one and are about to launch a groundbreaking new nationwide study which should give researchers and doctors the final pieces of the puzzle they need to find a cure - but this needs money.

The study requires tens of thousands of pounds in funding to pay the doctors nurses and coordinators needed - by participating in the Great Scottish Run my friends Pamela, Rachel and myself hope to raise £1,000 of the finds required.

Please contribute to our efforts - this is reaseach which could really make a difference, ending the suffereing of hundrends of thousands of people worldwide by finding a cure for Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis.

Thank you!
