So, the mid-life crisis is really kicking in!!!

Myself, Matt Rolls and Glenn Dundon are running the 'Dirt' Half Marathon in Leighton Buzzard on Saturday November 15th - yep, this Saturday! 13.1 miles off road running - mud, hills, gates/fences to hurdle and steps to cross the bridges of the canal.....ouch!

We've been training so hard we forgot about the important bit - setting up the link for Keech Hospice! Please dig deep - pennies & pounds will help to keep this fantastic charity supporting famililes, as they did ours!
