We are a team of four friends taking part in this extremely tough dawn-to-dusk event where we will cycle 40 miles, navigate a 2-mile course in canoes, and finally summit Mt Skiddaw on an 11-mile round trip to an altitude of 931m.

We are doing all this for Action Medical Research,  the leading UK charity funding vital research to help defeat the diseases that devastate the lives of sick and disabled babies, children and young people.
