Together with members of Tenby Aces I will be cycling from Marble Arch, London, to the Five Arches, Tenby, within a day. We will be leaving at 12am (midnight) on Saturday the 18th of June and cycling back to Tenby on the same day.

The following week Tracey will be running the entire 186 miles of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path over 4 days, camping on the route after each day of running.

The ride and run will be raising funds for the Paul Sartori Foundation which is a fantastic charity.
