The club&nbsp;has provided&nbsp;wonderful support to&nbsp;my father and mother over the past few years. My father, Vic Plank, suffered a massive stroke&nbsp;7 years ago and suffers from severe dysphasia and immobility.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #333399; font-family: Arial; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-GB; mso-fareast-language: EN-GB; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;"><span style="color: #000000;">The Stroke Club&nbsp;helps families by&nbsp;taking an active approach&nbsp;in ensuring that life goes on for people who have had a stroke. This can mean helping them to acquire new skills or relearn old ones. It may also involve helping them adapt to the limitations caused by stroke.
