David died on the 8th of November, 2010. 

As all who knew him would agree, Dave was an incredibly kind, thoughtful and considerate person, making him a much-loved son, brother, grandson, cousin and friend. He was humanitarian in his values and cared deeply for those suffering injustices in the world.
