In my 67th year I am cycling 50 miles in Scotland to raise money for Children who suffer from Friedreich's Ataxia.  This debilerating desease puts them into a wheelchair by the age of 12 or 13.

The money raised will finance research into isolating the gene that is currently passed on by a parent.
