Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I've decided to pull on some running shoes again and tackle the Great North Run. I last did this 6 years ago (and wasn't very good then) so have a mountain to climb this year. 

I was very upset last year when one of my colleagues, Andrew Hickie, passed away to Cancer. He was genuinely one of the nicest and most inspirational people you could ever meet and his passing moved so many people.  Andrew supported this cause and encouraged others to do the same, so for that reason I am trying to raise money in his honour. 

As we all know, Cancer is something that effects us or the people close to us at some point during our lives. I've had a few 'scares' myself over the years and know how terrifying even just the thought of it can be. So please support me if you can. Any donation is gratefully received. It's got to be worth it to see me struggle, walk, hobble and crawl 13.1 miles.
