First of all, cheers for visiting my page.

Secondly you might ask, "Dave why are you running this Half-Marathon?". Well mental health is a personal issue close to me, I've had people I'm extremely close to, be diagnosed with a variety of mental health disorders. Personally my experience of this has been soul destroying. As I don't want anyone to experience what I have, I am currently fundraising for Mind.

Mind  support those with mental health disorders in the community through helping them to cope with their personal mental health issues, through empowering them to deal with their daily lives. They campaign for greater mental health support from the government and aim to eradicate mental health discrimination. 

Due to my "Athletic (just kidding) Physique", I'm sure you will all be aware how personally challenging this half-marathon will be.
