Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I'll keep this short and sweet.

On 19th of January this year, my Dad suffered a stroke that seen him hospitalised for close to 7 weeks as he learned how to do things we all take for granted, such as eating, drinking and walking again. Our family is very lucky that the long term prognosis for my Dad is positive, however this is not the case for everyone, and Chest, Heart and Stroke Scotland are there to provide support for families who need it. 

In order to make something positive come from this situation I have signed up to run the Glasgow Men's 10k on June 18th with all donations going to Chest, Heart and Stroke Scotland. I understand that there is a cost of living crisis at the moment so please only give if you can afford it.
