On 16th March 2013, I am abseiling down the Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth ~ which is 100m high, no less !!!!!

I am doing it for my mate Dave Penny who has had great care and support from the Renal Unit at QA Hospital and this is his chosen charity. 

Now I need to grow a pair ~ and follow in DP's footsteps .............. as he will be one of the first off the plate !!!!
