I have known Rob Burrow for a number of years, and to see how he is fighting motor neurone disease is an inspiration to many people. Back in November/December I did a charity swim where I covered 96 miles and raised a good amount for the Leeds Hospital Charity to go towards the building of the Rob Burrow centre for MND. The support I got whilst doing this was amazing and I met so many other people that have suffered at the hands of this horrible disease that I want to do another challenge to try to raise more!!

So, on the 7 in 7 theme I have decided to attempt to swim 7K in 7 days, that is 280 lengths of the pool at the Aspire in the park, Pontefract, starting on the 17th March 2023. I would like to thank you all in anticipation of your support.
