Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I am running the Cardiff Half Marathon for the charity Noah's Ark Children's Hospital in Cardiff in aid of my son Alfie.
Alfie was born with CHARGE Syndrome. CHARGE Syndrome is a rare and complex genetic syndrome which occurs in around 1 in every 10,000 live births worldwide. It causes a pattern of often life threatening defects affecting the eyes, ears, heart, respiratory, genetalia and also causes development delays.
Alfie had around 20 operations before his 5th Birthday, most of them being at Noah's Ark Children's Hospital in Cardiff.
Please see the web link below for an insight into CHARGE Syndrome.

Alfie is now 11 years old and the Noah's Ark Children's hospital has cared for Alfie while he has been in hospital for numberous operations as mentioned above and have always given him the best care and attention he deserves.
Please look at the attached web link as to why the Noah's Ark Children's Hospital needs your help.
