OK, I will say it so you don’t have to……. I’m a short fat old bloke who is totally not designed for running!
But humanitarian aid for victims of the war in Ukraine is so important that I have bought a pair of running shoes, and during March I (and a spaniel) will be running…. well jogging…. alright then stumbling, for 31 miles over the 31 days of the month.

And here we are at day 31 of the challenge and we finish on 50.5 miles, phew! Hamster the Spaniel can have a rest!

Thank you so much for your amazing kindness, which is now going to be quadrupled!! A mystery donor has agreed to double us up from £12k to £24k, and then Connells will double it again to £48k. Between us, we will have made a real difference to some people in very difficult circumstances. Well done, and thank you again.
