This is our 30-day water challenge to support people living with kidney disease. All you have to do is drink water for a month - no tea, coffee, fizz or alcohol! Please help us in supporting kidney patients and their families.

Story

The NKF Water Challenge is to help support kidney patients and their families, by taking part in the challenge you will not only be supporting the vital work of the NKF, you will be hydrating your kidneys.
