Story
Unfortunately, a good friend of my mine, Michael Land (aka Twinks), tragically died of a heart attack at the age of 28. A keen rugby player, Michael was fit & healthy with a real enthusiastic and fun loving attitude towards life. As most of you know, over the last two years I have raised £3,268.20 for Cardiac Risk in the Young by organising two charity football events.
This year I need all your support again to really challenge myself and raise as much money as possible. On the 17th May 2014 myself, my Dad (Kevin Leece) and my sister (Kara Leece) will be taking part in a 72 mile non stop walk in 24 hours around the entire Isle of Wight coast, to raise money for C.R.Y. Please dig deep and donate to such a worthwhile charity. Thanks in advance for any donations.
Every week at least 12 ‘fit and healthy’ young people die of undiagnosed heart conditions.
Established in 1995, C.R.Y. is a humanitarian charitable organisationhelping to raise awareness of Cardiac Risk in the Young.
We hope you are in a position to donate some funds for a deserving cause, £5 would go a long way, but ANY amount you could spare would be gratefully received! Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
