Hello folks,

 

We are running in the Grove House Jingle Bell Jog on Sunday December 6 in Verulamium Park, St. Albans.

We plan to complete 3 laps (6K !) in aid of this excellent charity. 

Over 500 people are taking part - all in festive dress!

 

Grove House day hospice provides free specialist care and support to people in St Albans, Harpenden and Dacorum whose lives are affected by cancer or another life-threatening illness.

 

Any donations would be most welcome.
