Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

After several months of fairly rigorous training on 10 Sep I will participate in the Maxifuel Open Water Swim over 5km at Bray Lake near Windsor.   Not having yet mastered such a long distance (equivalent approx to a half marathon), the day will surely be a challenge especially given that there will be several hundred other participants of questionable sanity, fighting for a few metres of clear water...

My target time:   1 hour 58 minutes

Please give generously to Great Ormond Street Children's Hospital, a very worthwhile institution looking after critically ill children not just in the UK but from all over the world.  All amounts gratefully received, however large!
