Story
This year there are some big challenges out there!!
I am not diving, but I am aiming to help my friend's charity 'Passing it on Africa' raise some decent cash to continue the great work they have been doing for years building schools and giving education to others who are not as fortunate as us. More education equals better skills and ultimately less reliance on charity!
My activities this year are:
1. Paddle on a surf board from France to Brighton - about 90km! I am part of a team and this will be the first time it has been done!
2. Running the Brighton Marathon and aiming to knock off a few minutes! This is the toughest thing I have done and I will be running hard to raise money for poor kids in Ghana!
3. The Hastings Half Marathon. 8 miles of hill to start and I hate it.
4. Three olympic distance triathlons. One in Steyning, one in Bexhill and one in Seaford. The are all 1500m swim, 40km bike ride (25 miles) and then a 10km run (6 miles). This must be worth a pound or two?
