Story
Call me cheeky but when I say I am running a marathon, strictly speaking this isn't entirely true, but now that I have your attention you might as well read on...
Towards the end of last year a good friend of mine (Chris Kidd for those of you who know him) and I decided it was high time we set ourselves a new challenge. After some deliberation we both agreed that we would take part in the Bath Half Marathon on the 2nd March 2014. Not only are we doing this but for some bonkers reason we have also decided to undertake the Surrey Half Marathon which is due to take place exactly one week later on the 9th March 2014.
So technically speaking I am running a marathon, just in two stages with a bit of a break in between. Surely this still counts, no?
Being a type 1 diabetic I have chosen to riase money for Diabetes UK and would hugely appreciate any support you can give.
THANK YOU!!! :-) X
