Throughout her life my Mum was a helpful and kind person. Yes she was feisty and didn't suffer fools, but equally she was a compassionate and considerate person who could be turned to in times of trouble for help. I never knew of any occasion when help or assistance was not forthcoming. She loved to organise events and was often the life and soul of the party. It was such a sad time when she succumbed to the awful illness that Alzheimers is and it was dreadful to see how it affected her. I prefer to remember her as she was.

Today, more and more people are affected by this debilitating illness so research must find a cure. It is for this reason that I ask that any donation, however small, is given to help in this quest for a cure.
