During lockdown I was finding myself feeling tired and unfit therefore in March 2021 I decided to take part in Couch to 5k. This was a nine week programme to get me off the sofa and begin my running journey.

I competed this and then decided that my next achievable goal was to compete a 10K run. I competed this in May this year. 

Now with daily training I am going to be competing my longest ever run for charity in October. I will be competing the Leicester Half Marathon a 13.1 mile run.
