I've signed up for the charity boxing event via Hero for 6 Minutes. This involves some intense training in the lead up to the event being held at Cwmbran Stadium June 4th.

It's a great cause and what these men and women do for our country is greatly unappreciated and this an opportunity for me to do my bit.

For anybody who does know me, your obviously thinking that I'm frankly mad in the head because I'm hardly known as One Punch Howells so any donations greatly appreciated - also bear in mind the weekend before the fight I shall be in Las Vegas for a stag do so there's bonus comedy points for that surely?

Tickets will be on sale for the event at a later date, I'm sure that there will be plenty of people keen to see me in the ring!
