One child dies every 20 seconds from diarrhoea caused by unclean water and sanitation, This one fact has made me determined to take up the Sahara challenge and raise as much money possible  to help change this.

 

 I will be walking across the Sahara Desert in intense and arid conditions to help support communities that do not have any access to water.  Just think - £15 will enable one person's access to clean water and improved hygiene... £200 could buy a locally built rope pump in Mozambique.
