I ran for the charity Bowel Cancer UK. This charity raises awareness, researches for cures and treatments and supports patients with bowel cancer.

People are often hesitant to talk about bowel cancer...as they do not like to think about what's up their own arses, which is quite understandable. However this is a potentially fatal condition and more needs to be done to raise support and awareness.

I have promised to run the marathon again if I can raise over £2500. This time in fancy dress, dressed as a car (actually, it will be a car). Please donate a few quid if you can spare it. Every little helps...
