Lock to Lock - I challenged myself to swim in the river thames lock to lock challenge where I swam 40 lengths every week of a 25 metre pool to virtually swim the distance between Goring Lock and Mapledurham lock.

Superheroes Series - this was a para-tri event at Dorney Lake and I did the 2.5k run as part of a para-team

Parallel London is an event where anyone with a disability can have a go at running different distances so I challenged myself to do the 5k at this event.
