After getting a place in this years London Marathon I have decided to run for a local charity called Sunbeam Support Group.  I was made aware of this by my daughter Kim O'Connor who is a midwife at Airedale General Hospital.  Sunbeam Support Group is for families who have sadly lost a precious gift and is a place they can go  to gain support and chat to others who understand what they are going through. The group are always looking for ways of making their loss easier to bare.  Running the London Marathon is a new challenge for me so to run for Sunbeam will make all the training worthwhile.
